Hi!

My name is Moritz and I am based in Cologne (Germany), where I live in a German/Spanish family together with my wife and two kids.

Before starting my own coaching business, I created and managed large scale, industry leading events for global brands on 6 continents in the healthcare, photovoltaic and automotive industry over the past 10 years as a professional event manager for brands like Philips and Czarnowski, just to mention a few. During this time I successfully lead teams with more than 100 international persons, cross sector, inter-functional.

Over the years I have travelled to 40+ countries on 5 continents and lived about 2 years in New Zealand - meeting people from all walks of life.

Working in a fast pace environment, it was my daily job to solve multiple problems at the same time, dealing with a variety of humans from senior management, peers, partners, suppliers, associations and others. To be more effective and successful in my work and communications, I have learned and integrated tools and methodologies.

It was the time after I became a father, when I engaged my first own coach. At that time I had just took over my biggest projects ever and felt the pressure to execute them in the same standard and quality, while I also wanted to spend as much as possible time with my family.

My expectation was that my coach would introduce me to new work methodologies and secret techniques which I had not heard of yet and that would help me to be better, more effective and successful.

Besides the tools and strategies that I learned about, what really helped me was that safe space and time, that my coach created for me, where I had the opportunity to openly speak out my thoughts, challenges and emotions. Having this intimate space, where I was not being judged for my thoughts and most importantly my feelings was truly liberating. It was the source that created new energy, perspectives and ideas on how I want to be and how I want my life to be like and ultimately act upon this.

Since I experienced the power of coaching that truly changed my life to positive again, my desire was to to become a Co-Active Coach myself so I could support other people and I graduated at the Coach Training Institute becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), which is one of the best recognised Coach Trainings worldwide and as such also the first institute that was accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

As a proven expert in event-/project management, I now combine this together with my excellent coach training and my own personality to support others so they can re:connect to their true inner self and achieve extraordinary results.
